Refund Policy: All refunds must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. A full refund will be accepted for orders cancelled more than 60 days prior to the event. Orders cancelled after the 60 day window, will be subject to a 25% administration fee. No refunds will be provided for orders cancelled less than 30 days before the event.
Resale Policy: Resale of tickets must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the new ticket holder information.⁠
Photography & Videography Notice: Throughout the event we may take photographs and videos for marketing purposes. If you are uncomfortable with this, please notify [email protected] before the event or approach a team member⁠ during the event.
Data Policy: Names and company info may be shared with our partners prior to the workshop to help tailor the event to your needs. You will be added to metronomics data base to receive important information about this event.
