Refund Policy: All refunds must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. A full refund will be accepted for orders cancelled more than 60 days prior to the event. Orders cancelled after the 60 day window, will be subject to a 25% administration fee. No refunds will be provided for orders cancelled less than 30 days before the event.
Resale Policy: Resale of tickets must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the new ticket holder information.⁠
Photography & Videography Notice: Throughout the event we may take photographs and videos for marketing purposes. If you are uncomfortable with this, please notify [email protected] before the event or approach a team member⁠ during the event.
